Elton John and Miss Piggy, “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart,” The Muppet Show (Oct. 5, 1977)
Elton John turns 66 today (March 25). In this video, a 30-year-old Elton, wearing a bright pink spangled jumpsuit open to his navel, sings “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart” with Miss Piggy. The pig seems to enjoy burying her snout in Elton’s chest hair. ”Eat your heart out, Kiki,” growls Miss Piggy, aiming the comment at Kiki Dee, who performed the duet with Elton in the hit recording.
